Listing a Home For Sale

If you would like to list a home for sale, we encourage you to visit RILiving.com. Hosted by the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, the site maintains the state's most accurate, current and comprehensive list of homes available for sale in all price ranges.

Additionally, some Rhode Island property owners and managers are eligible to list their homes for sale on HomeLocatorRI.net. If you are looking to sell a home that includes government subsidies and income eligibility restrictions, please contact Karen Slavin at Rhode Island Housing at 401-457-1263. She will help you determine if your property qualifies and arrange for your home to be listed.

Eligible properties include:

Homes built or refurbished with a federal, state or municipal government subsidy program, including:
- HOME
- Neighborhood Opportunities Program
- Building Homes Rhode Island Program
- Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG)
- Municipal Subsidy Program
- Neighborhood Stabilization Program
Homes that will remain affordable through a land lease or deed restriction and have income limitations for buyers.
